Craisins (dried cranberries) are not safe for dogs. They contain added sugar and the drying process concentrates compounds. Some varieties contain grape juice which is extremely toxic.

What You Need to Know

Plain dried cranberries are not toxic but most Craisins contain added sugar and many contain grape juice as a sweetener which makes them potentially dangerous. The concentrated sugar content is also problematic. Not worth the risk when fresh cranberries are a safer option.
